Start by creating a free account on Cozy.co. Click the apply button on the top right of the rental listing of your choice. Be sure to all invite co-applicants. Each person over the age of 18 who will be living in the home must submit an application.

Cozy.co will walk you through the process of creating your profile including your income information, rental history, and references. This is your time to shine, so take your time here, allowing for 20-30 minutes to complete the application.

You’ll be prompted to submit a background check and credit report which are $39.99 in total. Keep in mind, you’re reports are valid for 30 days with us. So if you apply for another one of our properties during that time, you’ll only pay once.
